Because Owairan wasn't famous, this goal doesn't get much recognition. But, it IS better than Maradona's — a longer run, and not helped by a not-called red card foul in midfield by Argentina against England which allowed Diego to get the ball.
If this goal was made by a big name player of a big football country, it would be considered the best one and would be praised daily
