  1. I am brazilian and i admire a lot the soccer played by Marta. She recall those nostalgic times of brazilian soccer art. Recall the unstoppable dribbling of Garrincha (1953 – 1965) and relentless explosion on the run of Ronaldo (1993 – 2002). Marta recalls the best moments these two geniuses of brazilian soccer with its fast and technique style of play. The europeans can have an excellent tactical discipline but only Brazil has technical players above average and only Argentina together Uruguay has players with race and perseverance above average.

Brazil is a synonymous with beautiful soccer (art and technique).
    Example:
    Garrincha (1953 – 1965)
    Jairzinho (1959 – 1974)
    Zico (1971 – 1983)
    Sócrates (1974 – 1984)
    Falcão (1973 – 1985)
    Juninho Pernambucano (1995 – 2009)
    Cafu (1989 – 2008)
    Roberto Carlos (1993 – 2007)
    Romário (1985 – 2006)
    Ronaldinho Gaúcho (2004 – 2005)
    Rivaldo (1994 – 2007)
    Ronaldo (1993 – 2002)
    Marta (2000 – 2015)

Argentina and Uruguay is a synonymous with race and perseverance (brave hearts).
    Example:
    Mascherano (2010 – 2015) / Argentina
    Zanetti (1995 – 2014) / Argentina
    Cambiasso (2004 – 2014) / Argentina
    Lugano (2003 – 2011) / Uruguay
    Luis Suárez (2007 – 2015) / Uruguay
    Forlán (2004 – 2011) / Uruguay

The europeans is a synonymous with tactical discipline and organization.
    Example:
    Franz Beckenbauer (1964 – 1977) / Germany
    Iniesta (2002 – 2015) / Spain
    Puyol (1999 – 2014) / Spain
    Ryan Giggs (1990 – 2014) / Wales
    Michael Owen (1996 – 2009) / England
    Steven Gerrard (1998 – 2010) / England
    Rio Ferdinand (1996 – 2014) / England
    Gary Neville (1991 – 2011) / England
    Cannavaro (2004 – 2009) / Italy
    Maldini (1984 – 2009) / Italy
    Franco Baresi (1977 – 1997) / Italy
    Francesco Totti (1992 – 2015) / Italy
    Pirlo (2001 – 2015) / Italy
    Del Piero (1993 – 2012) / Italy
    Pavel Nedv?d (1996 – 2009) / Czech Republic

Observation: the years of the players are related the best years of their careers. Were the years they played better in your lives.

  2. That Marta can do things with her feet that no other player in the world can do. I'm tentatively including the men in this. It's almost like she can dribble the ball WHILE IT'S IN THE AIR.

  3. The BEST ever in all soccer, Marta is a once in a life time gift/legend, ala Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, Beatles, Brazil Women's soccer never got support/funding like the men did, am amazed that Brazil Women's soccer team are able to physically & psychologically stay focused despite, and with virtually no preparation and still be competitive – Thank you Marta and Brazil Women's soccer team you do International sports proud.
