  1. The finest scored free kick in the World Cup, I think, ever. Seaman actually was in the most sensible position here and this was clearly not a fluke.

  2. Anyone who plays football, seriously watches football or knows anything about technique, will universally agree HE DID NOT MEAN THAT! If you were going to attempt a shot from there as a right footed player you would bend it into the near post (i.e. The opposite side to the keeper) you would probably go for power too as it's a long way out, he ballooned a cross and got seriously lucky 100%!

  3. Looking back at it now. That was 100 percent intended. Look at the first angle, it was someone looking to score.

From the second angle no way would he have put it there for a cross.

  4. He was going for the goal and you can see this in the way he kicked the ball even better in the last replay by the position of the leg and the foot. Ronaldinho at 22 yo was probably fearless and I can totally imagine him trying this kind of thing. Who plays football knows that even a league 2 or 3 skilled player can touch the crossbar from half field in a few tries. Why shouldn't ronaldinho be able to do this?
