I'm a neutral fan between the two and I'll be the first to say that Germany deserve to win because they chewed that England defense up with those counters. I really think Ferdinand being out makes much more of an impact that Ballack being out for Germany because Muller is like Ribery last cup and Ozul is playing amazing. I really think though that if the refs didnt fuck this up though that England could have had a chance

It was devastating that the linesman didn't give what should have been a goal but England just weren't good enough to warrant a win. Germany dominated this game and it could've been much worse. I know people will say that if we had have evened it up to 2-2 it would have changed the game with England being on ascendency but I don't believe that at all. On the whole, England didn't deserve to progress, simple as that.
why can't they just allow instant replay? It's not like it going to hinder playing time IMO….if they can replay it for TV viewers live then the officials should be able to look rather than blowig the whistle and not giving the reason why BS.

The German Goalie CHEATED.. He was not honest. When he knows it very well the shot went in. Its a shame Germany can face the World and say they did not cheated. Had it been a 2-2 at the half then England would not have over commit into their offense in the second half and leave their Goal vulnerable. FIFA you still have time to act. Replay the 2nd half at 2-2.

@iLLyNada The Referees Call to be final is a rule when Moving cameras where not yet invented. In the absence of this Equipment the decision was left to the Referee to make the judgement Call. Thus this Is very 6th Century Rule. FIFA should upgrade with the available technology. Not 6th Century. You can fool the referee but not the video replay. Thats CHEAT.
