The irony is that a compilation of every open chance he missed in his career would be longer than the goal compilation.
Haters gonna hate, but this man came from a poor family in Brussels, stayed on the straight path, fought his way to the top and is now the all-time topscorer for Belgium and one the most prolific strikers in our history. Everyone laughs at him for bad touches or missed chances but there are dozens of strikers out there with more intrinsic talent than Lukaku who don’t even have half his career simply because they didn’t want to work hard enough, take care of their bodies, leave it all out there on the field. Laugh with those guys instead because Lukaku will always give 200% for his team and country.
