THIS was the WC that got me fully into the sport
I’m still hurt France lost this World Cup bro. I loved that team, Henry/Zidaine era
Yeah… nobody remembers this match because of that goal ?
Zidane was facing his friend and former Juventus teamate Gianluigi Buffon. He explained later that, as Buffon knew him so well, he had do something to surprise him !
Maxi Rodríguez or Cambiasso goals was the most beautiful of Germany 2006…
most legendary game ive watched ever
North americans just dont get the point of football, saying that scoring a panenka in a world cup final is just "silly" and "cheeky" shows how you guys just completely miss the stuff that makes the rest of the world utterly adore and live for the game.
Zidane marked my childhood and that of many others first time I watched him was in 2002 ucl final but I didn't understand his greatness then but during that 2006 world cup he made me a football fan forever the performances he put up game after game were simply magical
Lol bill is such a boomer it can’t help but overwhelm his shitlib politics. Yea let’s cover pro wrestling better than soccer and when we do cover soccer let’s give it to the guy that sounds like that French Canadian stewardx? that was patient zero for AIDS.
