I'd rather see Cavani start in my opinion. He presses better from the front and drags defenders all over the place.
Defensively they are pretty damn tight, so to have any chance we are gonna need to be seeing diagonal cutbacks from Telles, Dalot and Sancho, with Pogba and Bruno running onto them.

It saddens me to say it but none of it will make any difference. We won’t win the league. We won’t win the CL. We won’t win anything. All that’s going to happen is top 4 and a shit load of frustration. We will be undone by the first bit of quality we meet in the CL. Ole will show how limited he is once again. Our rivals will play football at a level we cannot reach , but we won’t be awful and we will win quite a few games….BUT…….nothing will change. Ole will be ok enough to get top 4 and keep a happy dressing room but not good enough to do much more…….and meanwhile we will have many moments of sheer boredom watching McFred do their thing ( whatever that is). kindly don't blame McFred (we beat PSG with that midfield), no teamwork upfront, no ball playing attacking players, reliance on ronaldo only in attacking. creativity should come from midfield not attacking i.e Sancho, all forwards should score.
Sancho plays like VDB, not able to drive the ball. just passes and seats, not the man united style of play.
We will try to play down the left as per usual and when that fails we will fall down in the box and try and get a penalty.

Pogba is good at creating from the mid, he will not be making those runs behind the defenders. McFred only works against high pressing teams like City and Liverpool. They kill our creativity going forward in most games. I would prefer Matic and Pogba to give us creativity in the midfield and more attackers to take pressure of the defence.

McFred at CM aren't very good but Pogba + 1 at CM is very good either. That's the problem. Pogba is a liability in midfield without a world class DM next to him. United don't have a world class DM so finding a solution is difficult.
